Hi John,

I am so sorry that I did not respond to your questions... somehow I missed them :(

I will be going into some methods for traffic VERY soon!

What do you mean, "nobody knows where it is?" Yes, you do need traffic to get a list, but they also need to know where it is so placing it somewhere prominate on the page is always a good idea!

Best Wishes,
Shannon

Hi Paul,

Thank you for the comments!

You can use whatever you already have on your computer... computers typically come standard with wordpad and even that would work! But if you have Word or any other text editor, you can use that as well. No money... YAY!

Good luck Paul!

Best Wishes,

Shannon,

First of all, I couldn't skip on saying how inspirational your success story was. I feel really glad for you and your family. Way to go, girl! Well done.

Now, as for the method been discussed here, it looks great, However, there's a detail missing: what should I use to write the article I will later submit? Notepad, Word, PDF 995 (since I can't pay for Adobe)? What format will the article directories accept?

In my case, it HAS to be something free. I'm unemployed for a year and a half and you can't even begin to imagine the "horror story" my life is right now .....

By the way, I have a registered domain name and hosting.

I forgot to ask you this question.

I have an autoresponder set up to deliver a free email course, but how do you get people to sign up for it?

I have a sign up page with a capture form but nobody knows where it is. I guess it's that traffic thingy again :-)

Hi Shannon,

I have had a website for quite a while now, but I can't figure out how to get traffic to it. How do you start?
I just would like to get one little sale, that's not too much to ask is it?

Hello Kuulei,

No, you do not need a website because you will simply take the code that Clickbank gives you and have your purchased domain name forwarded to the affiliate page.

You find a product in clickbank.com, get an affiliate link, purchase a domain name, have that name forwarded to your affiliate link, write an article or two giving tips or a review of the product and then promote the article.

This is the very runned down version, I explain more in the previous posts, but that is all there is to this technique. I hope I have clarified things somewhat for you, if not, please post more questions :)

Best Wishes,
Shannon

OK. I have spent the last year, my last dollar in credit and run myself broke trying to figure out how to get started making money online. Needless to say, I am very skeptical now. I have read and re-read all your blog entries and this seems to be the least expensive way to get started. However, all the "internet language" is Greek to me. And, I am a bit confused. I just need a domain name, a product, write an article and traffic. Do I not need a website?

Aloha,

Hi Andy,

No, that is part of the beauty of this method. The exchange between you and the article directory are as follows...

You give your article for free to them. They get unique content for their site as well as the ability to share this article with anyone who would like it and so they get more exposure. In return for this, you get to include at least one link in your "bio" box (as described in June posts) to any website you choose!!!

There is not a single article directory on the Internet that doesn't allow this. Both sides win and if you do it properly you will make money... you get what you want and they get what they want!

Best Wishes,
Shannon

Great post Shannon. This does seem to be the quickest, low-cost way to make some money online. Are there any article sites that do not allow affiliate links?
