Wow Shannon, and I thought I was alone! Your openness is commended!

What a great product, and how wonderful you are sharing it. I just found M.Cheney's closed site...and then I found you!

I am looking forward to your launch, and good luck to everyone that has posted here.

thanks,

Hi Shannon,
what an important post and thanks for sharing. It is reading thoughts like this from a REAL person, I start to believe that it is possible (allowed) for me as well to succeed. I understand very well what you are talking about. I do want to make it and there is no reason why I shouldn't but it is as if something is holding me back from the following through in the final steps of a task.
It is as I am afraid of passing the point of no return. It is comfortable in a way to be in this stage with no commitments but it is easy to get stuck in this frame of mind and suddenly another 5 years has passed by.
It is by connecting with people like you and Michael I start to feel really ashamed over myself and my irresponsible attitude and the last 4 months have made
change my mentality a lot. Don't stop posting your feelings Shannon, they help me move forward a lot.
fondly Charlotte

Hi Joan,

Thank you for letting me know about the link that isn't working... I will probably no longer be recommending Niche Inspector.

Don't get me wrong, it is an amazing product, but my new product will go through the most important part of that software... so no need for Niche Inspector if you have Video Cash Explosion (and it will cost less for the whole system).

Best Wishes,
Shannon

Hello everyone!

Thank you for your kind comments and wonderful insights of your own regarding this issue. I appreciate your feedback and am glad you found it insightful!

Linda - it is a PowerPoint video and autoplays

Theresa - The product I am working on will be similar to Michael's Cash Cannons (but with my twist, my information that has skyrocketed my income) BUT, with a MUCH, MUCH smaller price tag :)

Chelsea - The best thing about the system I am using is that it is consistent, especially when done the way I will be teaching in my course. You know what Chelsea... you sound just like me about a year ago. I'll let you in on my system very soon I promise... and yes, it is absolutely what I would recommend to people like us :)

I am so glad that so many of Alex's students have found this blog informational and insightful for them! Thanks again for the comments everyone!

Best Wishes,
Shannon

Hi there Shannon!

Great article. I really Am inspired by the success you have had lately. May I ask, has is been consistant, or does it come in chunks and pieces?

If you had to give a work at home mom who is trying to make money online and has vast experience in many areas of IM, but just doesnt know where to start - what would you suggest? Build niche websites? Sell Info products? Create Adsense websites?

IM just curious as to what you have had the most success with? I have a lot of IM experience, but with all the hype of a new product or software coming out every 5 minutes, I get frustrated because I start to wonder if what I am doing is the "right" way?

Basically, I would like to ask you : how you are making your $$ online, and if you have a product you are selling that takes us through this so that we can duplicate your success??

Hi Shannon,
You read my mind. That is what I always done, even when I succeed. 90 percent of the time I’d say to myself, I could have done better if. But it ends up being, I should have done better if.

I get so excited about a new project but like the parable of the farmer sowing seed (Luke 4:2). I let life choke me with, negative thoughts and set backs get in the way of completing the task and giving it my all.

Yes, medical setbacks are happening more to me since my eye surgery but it is no reason to give up. I have two passions. One is real estate investing and the other is internet marketing.

I tried internet marketing a few years (7) ago but a combination of bad training, bad timing, and little support because of financial struggles caused me to stop. Almost the same thing with real estate investing but you can add dishonest loan brokers and moving to Korea for a year to the mix.

I started a mentoring program with Alex Jeffreys and I’m already behind the power curl but I won’t quit, I just need to catch up. I use to keep my business ventures secret because I didn’t want anyone to know if I failed.

Right now I’m still working on my Blog. I plan on completing it in the next day or two. http://www.JeromeGumbs.com Please, keep me accountable for what I say now that I let the world know what I am doing and trying to accomplish. Good luck and much success to you and your business.

Hi Shannon,
Your insights are probably more common that not and I sure appreciate your honesty.

I find myself in the same boat. I start a new project or buy a new book that will teach me some aspect of internet marketing and get started, but don't finish. I just have to get over whatever is holding me back.

Alex Jeffreys calls this failing forward. Don't quit, just keep going until you get it right.

He and Michael Cheney are good buddies. I love what Michael is doing with the cash cannons, but just did not have the money for that course.

I'm learning lots from Alex, though.

Thank you again for your down to earth approach.

Shannon,

What a great entry. I know many people feel the same way you do! Staying focused is always hard, especially in this business!

I have a question that I have been wondering. The videos that you put up on your website (cash cannon) in the baby niche, was that a powerpoint video or a live web cam video?

I was also curious if it autoplays or do you have to click on it to play?

I have set some up too and have been completely inspired by you and would really appreciate it if you would let me know..... Thanks and have a great day!

What a powerful and honest update Shannon. I had the same insight a while ago, and posted a sign just above my PC which reads;
"Never Let Someone Elses Opinion Become your Own Reality', and the more I make that a part of my belief system, the less I am distracted by what others think regarding my abilites.
You post is a wonderful reminder to me that we are here to experience our full potential and hold nothing back.
You are a great inspiration in my day-- Thanks

So many people have money issues, especially involving what others' think and their own past. So many people do give up before achieving their dreams and goals leaving them with less and less to dream about as the years go on.
Congratulations to you for never giving up! Through your guidance I know I can never give up, either. I realize that I am standing in my own way, as is the advice from almost every person I know who has ever achieved and still achieves their dreams. That fact that you are so much more real to me than these 'superstars' or authors helps me to realize that even someone like me could achieve my wildest dreams if I just believe it. Anyone can do it! I want to experience this life in a way that I will never regret. I want to know I did my best and that I did the things that would make a difference to me and my loved ones when I look back on the years. I know I am just like you were, struggling to succeed and never seeing the results I wanted to see. Now I think it's time to stop struggling with myself and just do it! It's time to realize and taste my own dreams! Thank you so much for your inspiration and guidance! I will be forever grateful to have your influence in my life.

Smile Big,
Sarah
