Ok, yes I admit that I am a fan of The Biggest Loser… I hate that they have to turn on each other to win a game, because they are all there for a common goal, but I do love how the game changes their lives

I just got done watching the challenge for the week and Sione said it perfectly…

It doesn’t matter what goal you are trying to accomplish in life… loosing weight or building a successful business… you must be consistent! You MUST keep a steady pace!
