I have had this question asked to me about 20 times in the last 24 hours… makes perfect sense considering the offer I have put together for you

The FTC set up their new guidelines to protect consumers from scams.  Unfortunately so many people make outlandish claims when it comes to trying to sell their products/services.  Even when the claims are true, often times, the couple are so completely outside the norm that the average person is simply not going to be able to reach. 

So, when I’m creating review sites, how do I make sure I am following the FTC guideline?  I place a statement on my site that acts as a disclaimer.  Yes, most everyone has used a disclaimer page for years now, but now a quick disclaimer type statement should be made directly with your recommendation to stay in line with the new guidelines. 

Here are a couple of variations I have used:

“The good folks at the FTC require me to disclose that I am an affiliate for the Simple Writing System and that John Carlton will compensate me if you purchase this system. I have reviewed this system and give it my highest recommendation.”

or

“The results I am talking about with this review may not be typical.  Your results may be better or worse since it comes down to many factors, including how you implement the information given.  I personally give it my highest recommendation and here’s why…”

With my Video Cash Explosion sites I place this statement directly under my video review.  On a blog, I have typically placed it along the top of the blog. 

One thing that is cool, is it is VERY easy to add this statement to the 14 Complete Video Review Package  I am offering right now and it is EXTREMELY easy to add it when you have my Video Cash Explosion system and are using the included Push Button Video Cash software.  You would simply add the statement to the “autoresponder section” within Step 4 (for anyone who already owns this system).
