About Me...

I don't really know where to start but here goes...  I am a stay-at-home, work-at-home mom with (as you can see above) two amazing boys and one amazing husband (oh and 3 dogs as well)!  I love my family so much so that it sometimes surprises me :)  

When I was pregnant with our oldest boy, Riley, we decided that we wanted to have me stay home with him rather than to send him to daycare and pay those costs.  In order to do this, my husband had to work a very demanding, very stressful job with very long hours. He never seemed truly unhappy in this job and did learn a lot about running a business, but it was not what he really wanted to be doing... he did it to support us.  Just like we all do for our families!  

When I was pregnant with Riley I started trying my hand at Internet Marketing and making some money online.  Over the past 5+ years I have tried just about everything... affiliate marketing, Adsense, my own products, network marketing... I know all about search engine optimization and how to get traffic to your sites... I've bought thousands of dollars worth of products, jumped from idea to idea all the while making small amounts of cash (average of $400 - $700/month) but nothing that was consistent enough or high enough to get my husband, Matt, out of his job. 

After almost 5 years I finally broke through to a full time income (on a very part time basis).  I was finally able to tell Matt he could quit that job and we could start doing what we wanted to be doing... he could follow his true passion (food and wine) and I could follow mine (traveling)... we were finally able to start living our dreams and living the life we've always wanted.  We are following our hearts now and getting the most out of everyday we have... no more money worries, no more stress, no more debt! 

I am pretty sure I know about your struggles... about how badly you want to make some money online... to be able to work from home or from some beach somewhere anytime you want... you want to choose when you work and how you work... you want to enjoy your family, your kids, your husband, or maybe just enjoy some time for yourself!  You want to live your life without worrying about the visa bill, the house payment and the car payment... you want to actually enjoy money for a change.

My hope is that this blog will help you get there... will help you bypass many (if not all) of the hurtles I had to overcome to get to where I am today!  I hope to guide you in the right direction, to get you making some money... to start small and learn how to build up an internet business.  No, it is not something that will happen overnight but if you follow my advise you will be there sooner than you think and you can start living your dreams... whatever they may be!

And the most important thing you must remember is that I was able to do this with two young boys... 4 1/2 and 2 1/2... at home with me all day while my husband worked 60 - 70 hours per week in a job that made him travel for 5 - 15 days at a time.  I had minimal "spare" time to do this... so yes it truly is possible for anyone reading this right now!
